What will I receive with my kit each month, and are there kit add-ons available?
The Main Kits include 10 sheets of premium patterned paper, as well as embellishments that will coordinate with those papers. We
also include a new sketch each month, specially designed by Suepup for that kit.
In addition to our Main Kit, we offer various add-on kits each month for both kit clubs.
Add ons may be purchased individually each month, if you choose, but as they are offered on a limited basis, we also offer an option
to subscribe to any combination of one or more of the add-ons along with your Main Kit. This ensures that you will not miss out due to
the add ons selling out. If you choose to be permanent on an add on, we do not offer the option to "skip" the add on month by month.
Permanent means that you are committing to purchase it each month, ensuring that we order enough to make sure one is available for
you. If you decide you are going to "skip" an add on, your permanent status will be removed from that add on, and you will need to
request it on a month by month basis.

months, and will renew automatically at the end of those 3 months unless you request cancellation of your subscription. We do ask
that you notify us ONE MONTH prior to the date you wish to end your subscription. So for example, if you wish February to
be your last kit, we ask that you notify us no later than January 1st that February will be your last kit. We ask this so that we may adjust
the quantities of our orders for the next month.

Yes we do! We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, and offer two options: First Class and Priority. Simply choose the shipping method you prefer
when you purchase your first kit in the subscription. We ship Priority packages daily, and First Class packages on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How do I pay for my kit each month?
We send out Paypal invoices to our customers each month. Paypal is the only form of payment we accept at this time, but we will be accepting
credit cards directly very soon. The kits are revealed on the website on the 1st of the month for Scraps of Elegance, and the 15th of the month
for Scraps of Darkness. Invoices will be sent a little over a week before the kit reveals to the public. Payment is due 3 days prior to the reveal
date for that kit. Kits will not be guaranteed available if payment is not received on or before the due date, and a $5.00 late fee will be added to
invoices not paid by that kit's public reveal date.

Do Scraps of Darkness and Scraps of Elegance offer a Military Discount?
We absolutely do. As a thank you to the brave men and women who serve in our armed forces, we offer a 10% discount to members of our
military and their spouses on all regular price items. To receive your discount when subscribing to our kits, simply reply to your Welcome Letter
letting us know you are a member of the military or that your spouse is. We will request a scanned copy of your military id by email, and, upon
receipt, will deduct 10% off the price of your kits and any add-ons or store purchases you make.

What if I want to skip a kit?
We're very sorry, but kit skipping is not permitted. Because we are a kit club, and guarantee that kits will be available for all
members, we must make our purchases in advance to ensure that we will have a kit available for you. For this reason, we cannot
allow kit skipping. Any kits that have not been paid for by the due date will not be guaranteed to be available, and will have a $5.00
late fee added on to the invoice on that kit's Reveal Day. Any club member that has not paid for their kit within 7 days of the due date
will be removed from our club member list. If that member then requests to remain on the club list, a $10. fee will be added to the next
month's kit for "kit skipping".
